Description

Title: “The House Is Not A Home Without A Cat".

We’ve used a classic phrase that's often heard: “A house is not a home without a cat.” It’s believed that this phrase might have come from a famous quote by Mark Twain. Twain once said, “A home without a cat — and a well-fed, well-petted, and properly revered cat — may be a perfect home, perhaps, but how can it prove title?

Mark Twain’s Cat Love: The story goes that Mark Twain, the great American writer, had a huge love for cats. At his farm in Connecticut, he had 11 cats at one time. In fact, it’s said that he once had as many as 19 cats!

Cats Over People?: Twain adored his cats so much that it’s rumored he loved them more than people. Well, doesn’t everyone feel that way sometimes?

Cat Care: Interestingly, Twain was so devoted to his cats that when he had to travel, he would actually rent cats and leave money to cover their care. How cool is that?

Mark Twain’s Legacy: Not only was Twain a fantastic writer, but he also had a huge heart for his furry friends. It’s no wonder we love him even more knowing how much he cared for his cats!

In short, Mark Twain’s affection for cats adds an extra layer of admiration for this legendary writer. Not only did he write amazing stories, but he also showed that a true home is one filled with love for our feline companions!

Graphic:

The design is focused on a clowder of adorable cats in different sizes and colors. (Clowder is a group of cats). To really make these cats pop, we focused on their fur and eyes. This way, every fluffy cat seems to be staring lovingly right at you!

Cute Cats: First, various cats are featured in the design, each one with its own unique size and color. Their fur looks super fluffy, and their eyes are big and expressive.

Fairy-Tale Home: Next, the cats are standing in front of a home that looks like it’s straight out of a fairy tale. The house is all kitschy and charming, adding to the whimsical feel of the design.

Colorful Paw Prints: To add more fun, colorful paw prints that match the cats’ colors are scattered around. These paw prints ooze out of the main design area, showing that cats wander everywhere in the home. It’s like they truly belong there!

Pastel Sky: Additionally, the sky in the background is filled with soft pastel colors and swirly patterns that form fluffy clouds. This gives the impression of a magical, fairy-tale home.

In conclusion, this design creates a whimsical scene where adorable cats are front and center, making it feel like they’re part of a fairy-tale world. With colorful paw prints and a pastel sky, it’s a design that celebrates the charm and wonder of having cats around!

Care Instructions for Your T-Shirt:

  1. Turn Inside Out: This helps keep the print looking fresh.
  2. Wash in Cold Water: Use cold water, ideally at 30°C (86°F). Hot water can cause shrinkage and fading.
  3. Choosing the Right Detergent: Use gentle laundry detergents. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.
  4. Selecting the Gentle Cycle: Use the delicate or gentle cycle on your washing machine. This helps the print lasts longer and looks better.
  5. Drying: Air Dry if possible. Hang garments. This helps extends the life of the prints. If you Tumble Dry ~ use the lowest heat setting. Remove the garment as soon as it’s dry to avoid cracking or shrinking.
  6. Avoiding Fabric Softener: Fabric softeners can weaken the print’s adhesion.
  7. Ironing: Set your iron to the lowest heat, e.g. “delicate.” Beware: High heat or steam can damage the print. Place a pressing cloth over the print area. (e.g. plain pillow-case, tea-towel etc.). This helps protects the print from direct heat. Use short, circular motions with the iron. Do not hold the iron in one place for more than 5 seconds. Avoid excessive pressure. Let the iron move freely ~ imagine being a fishy moving around gracefully, swirling around from one place to the next. Stop if you see wrinkles or peeling, it probably means that it’s too hot.
