We ship to Canada via UPS Ground Service. 
We ship oversees via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We use the USPS price-bands to calculate the cost of postage to different countries.

International shipping is costly, we have no control over the pricing. We are continually negotiating for best rates. We currently offer two shipping models: (a) The less expensive method (without tracking) takes approx. 10 business days to ship. (b) The costly shipping method, (includes worldwide tracking) and takes under 5 business days shipping. We do our best to process and pack international orders within two business days of the order being placed.

Sadly the ‘fakers’ are using our pictures, videos and marketing to sell cheaply-made imitations, that may be dangerous to your fur-baby.
